There’s a very synchronistic “creating the impossible” style backstory to this little book for children of all ages from 9 – 90. (I made that age range up, but I think it’s pretty apt!). Essentially, I had been asked to give a talk for Mindvalley University on “Meditation without Meditating”, and I thought it would be cool to do it in the form of a children’s story with illustrations.
My friend Celia Bohle, who also did illustrations for the Mavis book, helped create slides for the presentation, and then unbeknownst to me mocked it up as a children’s book and said “what do you think?”
I thought that I’d never thought about doing that, and then I looked at what she’d mocked up and thought “how cool is that?!”
Because we don’t have an exact release date for the book yet (Amazon assures us it will be this year and we want to believe them :-), to encourage you to pre-order your copy (or copies) now, if you order now, you’ll get instant access to the talk I gave at Mindvalley University that started it all.
For now the book will only be available as paperback – while we may eventually an release e-book and even audio book edition, we thought having something you can hold in your hand and carry around in your briefcase/purse/jacket pocket would be a great way to start!
Orders will be shipped to your billing address via Amazon on release and the price includes postage and packaging.
