I decided to write a list of people I could reach out to and ask for testimonials for the sessions I’ve done with them, groups, 1:1 stuff. It meant asking people and explaining why the testimonials would help my project. I also wondered in my head about asking what people thought of my writing. But didn’t do anything about that, but I think I somehow released the intention to the universe.
There were several spontaneous comments about my writing today and yesterday. An old school friend from my teenage years, now connected only on Facebook, said she loved my writing and would want to read more if I did a blog because it was positive and that helps with wellbeing!
I’ve also had some lovely comments from fellow CTIers about conversations I’ve had today and the value in them. Another thing to think about in terms of my project, again not intentional but now opening up another possibility for me.
It’s magic, you make one step forward and the universe so loves you taking action it makes 10,000 steps towards you to help.
My action was writing a courageous (my feeling) Facebook post, revealing my woo woo thinking to all and sundry. It was something I felt moved to do so I did it rather than putting it off or fretting over getting it right or “what would people think?” I acted and then the response was so positive!
Oh when we get out of our own way, what a difference it makes 🤣
