@Juan Arroyo – a big, big thank you for your question today.
I am in a very similar situation, where I am surrounded by people who want me to live according to what they think is right, and not noticing that I’m so much more peaceful, happy, at peace than ever before, even though my life is not “politically correct” right now.
I have learnt so many deep truths in the past 5 years through following guidance and living my unconventional life rather than the “proper” life, that it’s been worth it, even if a very bumpy road.
Or rather, to use Michael’s analogy – I’ve been going through a lot of rapids the past years, not much of a lazy meandering river. But so worth the ride. I am richer for it, even if my bank account is quite the opposite currently.
My relationship with my mother has gone from not being able to stay with her longer than a week without going “crazy” to now having spent a whole year living with her and loving her and laughing with her and enjoying being with her. And that is worth way more to me than a million in the bank. Enjoy seeing your child grow!
