Hi Juan, something came to mind to me this morning about your book.

We often put out in the world what we most wished to know growing up. As in – we’re in fact trying to help our younger self, and by doing that, end up helping tons of other people in the process.

So maybe write to your younger self? All that you’ve experienced and wish your younger self could have known then to avoid living with a/many mask(s)? Only you know what will work best 😂
