Josh Spodek replied to my mail. On the bright side of life, apparently he’s met Simon in person.

On the other hand, he had tried to reconnect with him for his own purpose and hasn’t been successful. He will however “try again when new chances come up” and will mention “Learning to Fly” if/when he does connect…

So funny. After sitting most of the day at a computer during the week, just sitting in a comfy chair to “do nothing” until guided was so, so comfortable and a relief. I enjoyed the calm and peace.

I ended up slipping into meditation which I haven’t done all week.

Sat some more.

Then had this body feeling – I want to dance! 💃Haven’t done that in…
