• So funny. After sitting most of the day at a computer during the week, just sitting in a comfy chair to “do nothing” until guided was so, so comfortable and a relief. I enjoyed the calm and peace.

      I ended up slipping into meditation which I haven’t done all week.

      Sat some more.

      Then had this body feeling – I want to dance! 💃Haven’t done that in a while😊.

      So rather an enjoyable result from the comfy chair experiment indeed! My head was coming up with other things that were more “to do list” kinds of things, but the meditation and dancing were really flowing inspirations.

      I feel totally rejuvenated by my hour of comfy chair. A big thank you Michael!!
