The job of a flower is to bloom. Yes regardless of the consequences. Does the flower bear any responsibility for these? Only if it has choice. The bee bears responsibility for responding to the blooming flower. it’s all sort of pre-ordained. Everything doing what it’s programmed to do. That’s until wisdom comes in that might tell the bee not to interact with that flower. I don’t think the flower has much say in whether to bloom so cannot be held responsible for blooming.
