And… Opting to marvel at the tenacity, or resiliency, of a habit which no longer serves me…

…feeling/thinking the ‘so far cul de sac’ old fear based story…
Or is it???

Maybe it’s simply a habit of ‘once upon decades’ best embattled ideas and generational upheavals…
Which, though they sucked the joy out of life, thanks to lucky circumstances got me to today…
…where surviving is no longer enough…

I’ve the daily blessings of not having to struggle for mortal survival…
No longer bewildered by the mental/emotional circus, or it’s soap-opera once mesmerizing drama…

So??? What the flip am I talking about…

How do I, experience an intentional edit of the nocebo psychosomatic ticks which seems to be resistant to make way for doable options = basically I want to replace the cul-de-sac notions (not°I°on) with Do°Able Opt°I°ONs.

Currently seems to have found a balance from within…
…well… being… with whatever is live💫streaming in my senses…
…while making due in minimalist circumstances I once dared not even dream possible…

And… This ‘accepting what is…’ frustration is not about resisting anything…
…it’s about knowing this is not quite all there is for me…

It’s time I figure out a way to make a few practical life-habits upgrade…
Like resuming circadian rhythms in sync with local time; so I can explore how good it can be…
…to work with what works for me and with others…

The stumbling thought/feeling, and in this case nocebo result is…
….that I literally get sick if my feeling good outdated thermostat settings are busted…

Not complaining, just wanna do the cool bitching version of my turtle shuffle pace which is relatively gloriously tame; and basically practice self-sustaining thriving life habits.

Basically, not asking for the impossible, just wanna switch up the I’Mpossible routine to functional autonomy during my upcoming golden age…

Why??? Last year I got to have my personal WMOG insightful realization aka manifestation (Man°I°Fest°I°on)…
…which lead me to learn how to ‘Do More Cool’ flow from within wellbeing’s nurturing balance…
…and been exploring how to ‘Fearlessly’ navigate all manner of thoughts/feelings…

Which is why, I’m really looking forward to this month’s group call…
So I can switch onto a more functionally aligned routine aligned with simply being alive…
…or maybe I’ll see if I can imagine a lucid dream version of a JOYöUS conversation about successful results…
