I’m so impressed. I gave it an hour, resorted to cheating, and still couldn’t complete.

In the old days, when I did NYT puzzles on the daily, the Monday puzzles were easy, and the difficulty increased each day until Friday’s really tough ones. For me, this one’d be a Thursday. Excellent.

(I’m sure some of my answers are wrong, especially that left-middle section.)

In my 20s, I used to take a bunch of crystal meth and try to create a crossword puzzle. Never got the first corner filled successfully. Never ever thought to learn how to do this. Erased my way through a f*ckton of graph paper.
