I love life and life loves me! I am blessed to be living on the outskirts of a town in rural Suffolk, England. Lots of fresh air and country walks until it's sailing season, and we can get on our 88-year-old wooden boat. I work from home with my husband Joe who lives up to his Darling surname. We have tidal children; back from university but off living their lives elsewhere from time to time. Our eldest graduated in Neuroscience at Exeter and is now a social activist and community builder. Our youngest graduated in fine art at Oxford University and is now pursuing a career in theatre/film set and costume design. I’m returning to working with my tools as an EFT and Matrix Reimprinting practitioner, focusing on intuitive transformation, helping people get what they want from their lives. I was an Evercoach (Mindvalley) Ambassador running Masterminds supporting the 'Impacting Leaders Quest' that Michael did with them. So I support this shift from calling what we do 'coaching' to 'creating impact'. My passion is to share what I have found works in life, or is True about life, with other people not so fortunate to know about things like the 3 Principles or EFT. I’ve done a bit of that in person with groups locally but since lockdown most of my work is online, running groups and some 1:1 work. I am a breast cancer survivor free from medication and supervision after getting to 5 years. My journey has included having a mastectomy, DIEP flap reconstruction and a couple of strokes. My cover photo is breast cancer cells, rather beautiful when seen this way, don't you think? In 2022 I realised it was time to focus on me, my health, my true nature, and appreciating the gift that is life. Time to pour into me so I am better able to serve others. It’s a joy to share what I see here in the groups as I learn, and I love being part of Going Deeper in the Inner Circle as well as the marvellous CTI and other programs throughout the year. I am very much looking forward to finding out what I’m truly capable of in 2026. Looking forward to lots of in person hugs in London.
