I'm an Irish woman living in the UK. I've lived and worked in Australia, Africa and Europe. I believe in interconnectedness, inner development and the power of conversation. I am on mission to make working relationships and workplaces better so that all people can feel like themselves at work and let their uniqueness shine through. I do this through coaching, leadership development and facilitation. I host a podcast Life Beyond the Numbers and in May '24 my first book, Leading Beyond the Numbers: How Accounting for Emotions Tips the Balance at Work, was published. I love the sea, reading, walking and CrossFit.
