Hi Sam, I just wanted to reach out to you because I had the same journey to Michael and this course. A friend pointed me to the TEDtalk and I was immediately hooked, binged everything I got ahold of on YouTube, then joined the inner circle and saw this course. It really is like coming home, like someone describing my own experience for the last 2 years. Now it can finally sink in☺️🙏🏼❣️ And you have just described a similar story. And funny enough… I’m in menopause too😅🤭.
