These calls are like an oxytocin boosters! Living in California, this is the way I start my day, which I am loving. Overall, I have been moving through life with lightness lately, with whatever is going on. Like I am riding a light breeze….gliding with grace. I am so grateful for that. Being in this program has deepened that feeling. It provides vitamins for the soul. Thank you to everyone who has shared your energy and stories. And a special shout out of appreciation (always!) to Michael, Lynne + Ellie for creating this space. Over the past couple of years I have attended numerous programs and this space has become home.
