2 weeks ago I shared that I had suddenly arranged to have our flat given a verbal valuation by a local agent. That happened just over a week ago, which was good…then nothing more happened and I didn’t really think about it again…until I unexpectedly sent for a copy of a Home Report for a flat, on 2 levels, but still a flat not a house. The report basically showed us that we can’t really afford it and on top of that it needs a lot of work. But I seem to have arranged a viewing of the flat we don’t want in an area we wouldn’t have picked…oh and the selling agent is also now coming tomorrow to give us his own appraisal of our own flat Again I thought of all of this as an invasion of the body snatchers moment, like this unseen force was taking over and guiding me. Then it finally clicked. It is an unseen force but nothing was ‘stealing’ my body, it was me….I was just becoming more active within my own body. We may or may not bid for the flat, we may or may not move from this flat, who knows 🙅‍♀️ but at least we are in the game and we are both open to seeing where it takes us.
