I found it difficult to articulate, but basically I had nothing to lose because I was already at my worst fear (getting heavier and heavier) so really had nothing to lose if I just gave it a go and didn’t get anywhere. 🤣

@Lynne I was thinking a way to solve a lack of makeup situation might be to use one of those filters popular in American Law courts? Though rather than an anxious kitten head you could be a confident dog head😉 Thanks for a great call tonight. Lots of aha moments.

Sharing this from the conversation with my 84-year-old dad this morning. “If people are worried about beginning something new, remember amateurs built the Ark and professionals built the Titanic!” My dad’s role in life is to bring laughter, I’m always so pleased when he’s the voice on the morning call.
