Over the next three weeks (starting in just a few minutes!), you’ll be getting one email a day with a link to a video taken from some of our live classes and/or self-study programs. Just sit back, relax, click on the link, and enjoy!
While I’ve put the videos together in a sequence I think will be helpful, you don’t need to watch them all in order. If you miss a day (or a particular day’s lesson just doesn’t appeal), feel free to skip it for now and move on to the next when it arrives. All the links will stay active, so you can always go back and watch any (or all) of the lessons in your own time.
