FAQ's
When you enroll for one of our programs, you will have the chance to create a login for yourself. Simply click on the program that you want to attend, whether it be a free program or a paid self-study program, and add it to your cart.
Once you have added your billing details, you will be able to choose an Account Username and Password for yourself. (Make sure to choose a strong password which will keep your access to the website secure!)
Click on the product/s that you like, and then click on PLACE YOUR ORDER to get started.
Your order will be listed under Order Details.
After you have created your Login, each time you log back in, you will need to click on the SIGN IN button at the top, right hand side of the page. Tick “Remember Me” if you prefer the website to remember your login details for you.
That’s ok. Happens to all of us. If you try to login using the incorrect User Name or password, you will be given a chance to try again.
If your password is still incorrect and you cannot remember your password, click on “Forgot Password”. Enter the email address that you used to sign up with and click on “Request a reset link”and then check your email for the confirmation link.
If you don’t receive an email, check your spam box.
As a security measure all passwords are encrypted in our database and cannot be retrieved however, you can just click on the link provided to you in the email where the system will allocated you a strong password OR you can choose your own strong password.
Copy and paste the email provided or type in the password you have choosen into the Password space to complete the password update. Finally Click on “Go to Genius Catalyst Café” and login.
If this still doesn’t work we recommend you clear you cache.
In most computer-based web browsers, you can open menus used to clear cache and cookies by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete (Windows) or Command-Shift-Delete (Mac).

Follow these instructions for Google Chrome:
- In the browser bar, enter: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
- Choose the period of time for which you want to clear cached information. To clear your entire cache, select the beginning of time.
- Select the following from the drop down menu: o Browsing history o Cookies and other site and plug-in data o Cached images and files.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser. Note: Occasionally you may need to remove cookies from content settings: chrome://settings/
- Scroll down and click Advanced, Content Settings, Cookies, All Cookies and Site Data, click REMOVE ALL and confirm.
We have everything kept safe for you right where you left off! At the top of the page, choose ALL MY STUFF from the main menu and you will find all of your free and paid for content.
You’ll find access to all your programs in the different sections, just scroll through the page.
The sections are:

Your Genius Catalyst Café online payments are done securely using Stripe, which is a trusted payment platform. Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1, which is the highest grade of payment processing security. All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected and credit card details are encrypted and safely stored in Stripe’s state of the art data-centre which means Stripe is very secure.

That’s easy, when you are viewing your products, right before you Proceed to checkout, you can add your coupon code
Just click on My Account on the main menu and update any of your details.
When you need a copy of your invoice, click on My Account on the main menu. You can click on the link provided to see your orders or on your Dashboard. Either way, you can view your orders, subscriptions, downloads etc. Click on ORDERS to bring up a list of your stuff along with the invoice that goes along with it, which you can View or print by clicking on Control + P on your keyboard.
You can access all of your subscriptions on your Dashboard. Click My Account and you will see your Dashboard. Click on SUBSCRIPTIONS. Choose the subscription and from this screen you can cancel or renew, or update your payment method.
If you don’t hear from us, don’t forget to check you spam folder first. If the emails do end up in the spam folder, click and drag them into your Inbox so that they don’t land up there again.
