Week One: A Case of Mistaken Identity
Spiritual teachers through the ages have said that the most important question we can ask ourselves is “Who am I?”
In our first week together, we’ll come to see how fear and insecurity in all their forms are nothing more than a case of believing we are something we are not. We’ll also experience what gets unleashed into the world when we begin to sense the incredible beauty and stillness of what we are.
Week Two: The World of Deeper Feelings
Take a moment right now to go inside and find the nicest feeling you can find. It might be a pleasant sensation, like a warmth or a tingling; it might be a more robust feeling you could call gratitude, peace, or love.
Over the course of this week, we’ll dive deep into our own well-being and get familiar with the best of what we have inside us.
Week Three: Changing the World
Syd Banks, the enlightened Scottish welder, said that if as few as 100 people wake up to the reality of who and what they are, the consciousness of the planet will change forever.
In our final week together, we’ll explore what it means to be one of “the hundred”, not as a responsibility or duty but as a possibility and opportunity to fill up to overflowing with love and understanding and see what happens in the world.
