2. Coaching from the Inside-Out 2024

Twice before in my career, I have done my best to summarize the best of everything I’ve learned as a coach in intensive events called “Coaching from the Inside-Out”. In 2024, for the first time in a decade, I will be synthesizing nearly 35 years of client work into this five day immersive training.
Whether you are an experienced coach, a 3 Principles practitioner, or simply someone who would like to be able to incorporate the transformative coaching mindset and skillset into your life and work, this is the most efficient way I’ve found to give people the most impact in the smallest amount of time possible.
3. Beyond Coaching: Having conversations that change lives

The mystic Alan Watts spoke of the task and delight of learning to “to say what cannot be said, to eff the ineffable, and to unscrew the inscrutable.” Over these five days, we will be both having and learning to facilitate a transformative conversation that makes the invisible world of spirit glimpsable to all and actually presences the spiritual dimension of life.
There are no pre-requisites to this program other than a genuine curiosity (and ideally, a palpable thirst) for meaningful conversations and an experience of life beyond the form.
