Hi, not quite sure what to put in here never having written a “Bio” before, but here goes!… I’m 73 and have been living in Somerset, U.K since 2019. I was born in London, but always loved the countryside so left as soon as I had finished college and went to live on the Isles of Scilly for 3 idyllic years. I met my future husband there and when we left we lived for some years in the West Country doing a variety of different things from self sufficient living (animals husbandry and food growing); many forms of building works (my husband was a master carpenter and builder); catering (although I found that I really disliked the time pressure involved in commercial catering!) to raising two sons and all that that involves! I think of my self as being generally creative, be it in arts and crafts,, cooking, making clothes, devising treasure trails and/or obstacle courses for kids, a fancy dress raft race for Amnesty International…How much does one put in here? I have no idea!!!🥴 I left U.K. in 1994 to go and live in Portugal. Was there for 7 years and renovated an old building in the hills above Loulé, Algarve. Thento France and again a massive rebuild of an old Priory in Eymet, Dordogne (sadly, never actually completed!). Then back to Portugal for some time and then… to Dunster…. Gosh that feels like more than enough to be going on with… In this moment anyway!!! My very best and sincerest wishes, Annabelle.
